Our Haroma restaurant is overseen by two Michelin-starred executive chef Mario Sandoval, whose philosophy highlights the importance of using fresh, local ingredients and a menu that emphasises seasonal foods. For those with a sweet tooth, the pastry chef has created an exquisite array of desserts.

At our varied and abundant breakfast buffet, guests can delight in the best Iberian acorn-fed ham or try our classic omelette, considered one of the best in the city.

Urban bistro with refined décor

A cosy French-style restaurant, decorated by Lorenzo Castillo, in which works of art, silk panels to match the tableware, fine materials and warm natural light that filters through the large windows to create an enveloping atmosphere.
